Pitch Indoor Sports is your family-friendly hub for sports, training, and entertainment.

For the safety of all our players and guests, all members, guests and players must have reviewed and signed the Pitch Indoor Sports waiver. Participants below the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian submit this waiver on their behalf.

For individual bookings, this waiver will be found during the registration process. For teams and groups, you may download the waiver below and bring to the facility upon your first visit.

Pitch Indoor Sports – House Rules & Terms of Use

Pitch Indoor Sports is a family-friendly facility. All users must follow posted rules and staff instructions. Pitch Indoor Sports reserves the right to suspend or cancel bookings, memberships, or access for any rule violations.

Unsafe behavior, horseplay, profanity, fighting, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated. Leaning on, pulling, or crashing into nets is prohibited. Any damage caused through negligence will be the responsibility of the individual or team involved.

Proper safety equipment is required at all times. Helmets must be worn in batting cages; L-screens must be used when throwing to a batter, and only Pitch-approved balls and equipment are permitted.

Only appropriate footwear is allowed. Open-toed shoes, cleats, spikes, or molded footwear are not permitted on the turf or in the fitness centre. Wet or muddy shoes must be left in designated areas. Damage caused by improper footwear will be charged accordingly.

No food, gum, seeds, tobacco, or beverages are allowed in the facility. Water only.

Fitness centre access is for members only and requires an equipment orientation. Equipment may not be altered, and improper use will result in loss of privileges.

All participants must have a completed liability waiver on file. The facility is monitored by surveillance cameras, and photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes. Hours of operation and access procedures may change and will be communicated through the Pitch App or booking confirmations.

Pitch Indoor Sports - Booking & Cancellation Policy

Sports Teams

All sports team bookings at Pitch Indoor Sports require a 20% upfront payment at the time of booking. This payment acts as a non-refundable retainer and is required to secure the booking. A booking will not be considered confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed payment schedule, whether for a single booking or monthly payments for ongoing or recurring bookings.

The 20% retainer is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This retainer is used to reserve field time and protect against loss of availability that could otherwise be offered to other teams.

If a booking is cancelled at any time, the retainer will be forfeited, and any monthly fees or payments already made will not be refunded. No credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued for cancelled bookings, missed sessions, or unused field time.

For teams on monthly or ongoing bookings, all payments made up to the date of cancellation remain payable and non-refundable. Cancellation of an ongoing booking does not entitle the team to a refund of the initial retainer or any monthly fees already paid.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds or credits will be provided for no shows.

Pitch Indoor Sports reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Where applicable, any changes will be communicated in advance. By making a booking and submitting payment, the team and its representatives acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Camp Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a participant’s spot in any Pitch Indoor Sports camp. A cancellation request received 21 days or more prior to the start of the registered camp week will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee per participant, per week.

Any registration change or cancellation request received within 21 days of the start of the registered camp week will not be eligible for a refund. In these cases, participants will receive one of the following options only: a credit to be used toward another camp week (subject to availability) or a credit applied to their Pitch Indoor Sports account. No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the camp start date.

Birthday Party Cancellation Policy

Birthday party bookings cancelled more than 21 days prior to the event date will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received within 21 days of the scheduled party date will not be refunded; instead, a credit will be applied to the customer’s Pitch Wallet, minus the $100 cancellation fee.

Clinics & Lessons Cancellation Policy

All registrations for clinics, small group lessons, and private lessons at Pitch Indoor Sports must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a spot.

Multi-week clinics cancelled at any time will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Any remaining balance, after the cancellation fee is applied, may be issued as a credit to the participant’s Pitch Indoor Sports account at the discretion of management. No cash refunds will be issued.

Small group lessons and private lessons are strictly non-refundable once booked. This includes cancellations, rescheduling requests, missed sessions, or no-shows. Lesson times are reserved exclusively for the participant(s), and unused sessions cannot be transferred or refunded.
